Our Philanthropy Chairs
Howdy,
We are Thandiwe Malamba and Kaitlyn Sullivan! We are so excited to serve as the ASH philanthropy chairs for the 2026-2027 school year! ​
ASH is excited to announce that we will be collaborating with A Hopeful Harvest, an organization that helps the Bryan-College Station community by providing fresh, frozen, and perishable goods directly to food desert communities. The program serves about 200-400 families every month and helps provide healthy food alternatives in order to maintain a healthy diet. The mobile aspect of the pantry enables the distribution to occur where it is most needed with the help of volunteers. ​
ASH girls participate in meal distributions monthly and create donation boxes filled with daily essentials that can be passed out at the meal distributions. We also host a fun pickleball tournament, open to the public, in the Fall to raise funds for our philanthropy. ​
We cannot wait to serve our community and pour into our philanthropy!
