Our Philanthropy Chairs
Howdy,
We are Thandiwe Malamba and Kaitlyn Sullivan! We are so excited to serve as the ASH philanthropy chairs for the 2026-2027 school year!
ASH is excited to announce that we will be collaborating with A Hopeful Harvest, an organization that helps the Bryan-College Station community by providing fresh, frozen, and perishable goods directly to food desert communities. The program serves about 200-400 families every month and helps provide healthy food alternatives in order to maintain a healthy diet. The mobile aspect of the pantry enables the distribution to occur where it is most needed with the help of volunteers.
ASH girls participate in meal distributions monthly and create donation boxes filled with daily essentials that can be passed out at the meal distributions. We also host a fun pickleball tournament, open to the public, in the Fall to raise funds for our philanthropy.
We cannot wait to serve our community and pour into our philanthropy!
